Our campers are made with a high performance durable gel coat that exhibits outstanding weathering properties with maximum protection against UV radiation and changing climatic conditions. The gel coat has been specially formulated to provide excellent handling and performance characteristics and in particular exhibits exceptional flow and air release properties. It is a well known fact that our product will show very little change in surface appearance over time.

The composite materials chosen for the manufacture of our products were specifically chosen and developed by our own highly experienced motor body building engineer; for our off-road campers and the conditions they will face in Australia. The fibreglass is lighter than but just as strong as any other man made material used in the production and manufacture of campers in our industry. Its high degree of flexibility and general toughness, allows for great movement when travelling on some of Australia's worst outback roads. It is less ridged than any other material, which is great on corrugated roads and has as much play as necessary when your tray is twisting and moving over some of our most treacherous tracks.

You will never have to worry about rust or electrolysis issues with the main camper unit being made out of fibreglass. The lifetime of the fibreglass material, will outlast the lifetime of any other material component.
